The members of the band: Szoni Ferenczi – voice, András Jui Juhász, Norbert Fekete – guitar, Gergely Szabó – bass guitar, vocals, Gyula Szabó – drums, vocals

Founded in 2015, skeemers define their energetic music as beachpop. Also incorporating elements of surf-rock and punk, their style was influenced by such bands as Fidlar, together PANGEA and Ramones. They released their EP, So Nice, in 2016. Their song, Fairlady took the industry by surprise, and they were selected into Stenk’s 2016 Song Contest, were featured on KERET, and their music can be heard in commercials. They are currently hard at work in the studio, preparing their first album.

At last year’s Hungarian Music Video Contest, skeemers won the CAFe Budapest special prize, which was a concert opportunity. The up-and-coming, talented band now avails itself of the offer at Akvárium Klub.

This concert of the CAFe Budapest Contemporary Arts Festival is presented by Müpa Budapest as a joint event with Akvárium Klub.
